In Spain, the AstraZeneca cow has been restricted in people under the age of 60 due to reports of blood clots in younger people.Bulgaria, Iceland and Norway have discontinued AstraZeneca for a while due to blood problems or impact on frailties.

Iceland, and perhaps others, have restored it in people over the age of 70 and, perhaps, in some over the age of 60.Austria, Italy and Romania have banned some “lots” of AstraZeneca.

Denmark stopped using the AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine and Johnson and Johnson vaccine altogether after investigating blood clots, stating that “the benefits of using Johnson & Johnson’s COVID-19 vaccine do not outweigh the risk of cause the possible adverse effect in those receiving the vaccine ”.

Capillary leak syndrome (Clarkson’s disease)

The Italian government recently restricted the AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine to adults over the age of 60 after a teenager who received the vaccine died from a rare form of blood clotting. 18-year-old Camilla Canepa died after being vaccinated on May 25, 2021.Several other European countries have also stopped giving the AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine to people under a certain age, usually between the ages of 50 and 65.

One of the devastating manifestations of this syndrome, termed vaccine-induced immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia (VITT), is cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST),” say the study authors. The link involves the AstraZeneca / Oxford and Johnson & Johnson vaccines, according to the study. The AstraZeneca vaccine is not currently administered in the United States.Read the study here.Read about a case of VITT in an otherwise healthy mother who died after vaccination.

The European Medicines Agency has recommended that blood clotting in deep veins and immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), a bleeding disorder caused by the body that mistakenly attacks platelets, be added as adverse reactions to the vaccine Johnson and Johnson. ITP disorder is also linked to AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccines.

Fragile elderly

Updated November 13, 2021: The European Medicines Agency (EMA) announced a revision of the Moderna vaccine and a possible link to capillary leak syndrome, “a rare disease involving repeated losses of large amounts of plasma from blood vessels in body cavities and nearby muscles.

National Blood Donor Month | First Care ClinicsThe condition, known as Clarkson’s disease, can cause a sharp drop in blood pressure that can lead to organ failure or even death.Earlier this year, the EMA called for the addition of capillary leak syndrome to AstraZeneca’s Covid-19 vaccine warning label.

Health officials in Norway have raised the alarm after 23 patients died shortly after receiving the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine. They advise doctors to use caution when administering the vaccine to “very frail elderly patients”.

After investigating 13 of the deaths, Norwegian authorities concluded that the common side effects of so-called ‘RNA’ vaccines may be too much for a frail elderly person to manage and may contribute to their death.
